- Above rates are inclusive of uniformed chauffeur (with Mobile), fuel and all maintenance costs.
- Interstate Taxes, MCD, DND, Toll and Parking shall be extra as actual.
- Goods and Service Tax applicable as per Govt. Directive.
- This Tariff can be changed by VARDAAN CAR RENTAL SERVICES PVT. LTD. Due to increase in costs of input (e.g.: fuel price hike). By informing to customer before booking.
- Charges for Outstation travel will be for minimum 250 kms per day
- Payments will be made within 15 days of presentation of bills. Any discrepancy in bills must be brought to notice of VARDAAN CAR RENTAL SERVICES PVT. LTD. Within 3 days of bill presentation.
- Opening and closing mileage with time would be charged from Garage to Garage. Booking is made in advance and without any ambiguity. Booking should make at least 4 hours in advance and subject to availability.
- Pre-determined itinerary/places to be visited must be informed before start of travel and written at back of duty slip.
- Vardaan Car Rental Services will not be held responsible for loss of any belongings let in the vehicle.
- Other state booking will be taken before a day or two and subject to availability of cab.
- Minimum billing for Local Run Usage will be for 4hrs 40 kms then extra kms/ hour would be applicable up to 1 hour and 10 kms whichever exceeds afterwards next package will be applicable.
- Transfer rate applicable up to 4HRS/80KMS only, exceeding automatically converted to 8HRS/80KMS.
- Night charges would be applicable as per commercial offer between 10pm-6am.
- The cost for events and delegations will be determined at the time of the event.

Over Speeding
Drivers are allowed to drive the vehicle at a maximum speed of 80 kmph. Exceeding this speed will be considered overspeeding. The driver will be fined Rs 500 for the first instance, Rs 750 for the second instance, and Rs 1000 for the third instance. Additionally, guests are not permitted to ask the driver to drive fast. If a guest is found doing so or if the driver complains about the guest to Vardaan, the booking will be canceled, and the company will recall the vehicle to the office, terminating the duty
Limit of Speed
Considering the safety of passengers, the Central Government has issued a circular mandating the installation of speed governors in all commercial vehicles, with a maximum speed limit of 80 km/h. We are obligated to comply with this regulation, and passengers are kindly requested not to exert pressure on the driver to exceed this speed limit
Cleanliness Of Vehicle
The company does not allow pets in the vehicle, as they can create a mess and odor, causing inconvenience to other customers. Therefore, we strictly prohibit pets. In cases where a customer insists on bringing a pet, we may be forced to cancel the duty without notice. In such situations, users will be charged the actual cost for repairing or cleaning the vehicle’s interior and exterior
